BELL MILL - OLDHAM

This old mill building requires regular inspection and maintenance to all aspects of the roofs and brick façade. These include gutter clearing, patch repairs to main felt roof, parapet copings inspection, re-pointing of brickwork, replacement of broken and slipped tiles.
BAGLIONI HOTEL – KENSINGTON

Services provided
Project management of re-painting to the external façade carried out via rope access technicians.
DOWNTOWN – SALFORD
Client: McGoff Group Facilities
Services provided
T&L have successfully picked up the roof and façade maintenance contract to a large residential block near Manchester. These services include quarterly inspection of the roofs, retesting of the man safe and abseiling equipment, and the external inspection of the façade.
